The Fourth Annual California’s Artisan Cheese Festival is back with talented new cheesemakers, scrumptious undiscovered cheeses and, for 2010, even more chef demos and expert panels! The weekend will still be packed with the best education, cheeses and fun from California, Oregon and Washington, but this year we’ve got some surprises up our sleeves. Once again we’re at the Sheraton Sonoma County in bucolic Petaluma, California.
